Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Kova Media Group collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — not the marketing programmes we run inside our clients' own platforms.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, brand, website, revenue band and message you provide. We also store a one-way salted hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string. We never store your IP address itself.

If you book a call, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to their privacy policy. We receive the details you give them for the appointment.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a call, and to detect and limit automated abuse of the contact form. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website, which is why you have not been asked to accept cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email damian@kovamediagroup.com and we will action it.
